2. Cargo Details - Batching Plant:
- Make / Project: CGGC - SHSG Series Concrete Batching Plant (as per packing list CGGC-SHSG1/210 to SHSG210/210 and SHSG1/77 to SHSG77/77)
- Total: 287 Packages / 865.8 Tons Gross / 4,347 CBM
- **Configuration:** 4 x Main Mixers @ 12.7T each (4.75m x 2.6m x 2.22m) + Main frame columns (11.95m long), Aggregate bins up to 17T, Silos, conveyors, electrical crates
- Abnormal: 110 packages are abnormal - widest 3.31m, tallest 3.0m, longest 11.95m
- **Packing:** Bare cargo, steel frames, iron boxes, bundles - mostly non-stackable

3. Intended Loading Date:
Target loading ex-Durban Port/Depot: [Insert - e.g. Week of 11 August 2026 - TBC pending your availability and client confirmation]. Cargo is currently in Durban.

4. Site Access / Handling:
- Loading in Durban:** Will require a mobile crane/forklift for 17T pieces - please confirm if you provide or we must arrange. Port has handling equipment.
- Offloading in Kolwezi, Lualaba DRC: Client to provide crane/forklift at site - to be confirmed. Please quote with and without offloading to be safe.

Please provide:
- All-in rate DAP Kolwezi
- Transport-only rate ex-Durban to Kasumbalesa
- Transit time and permit lead time
