OMG. I was just about to use this guy.
I was also recently scammed by a Jacques Stoltz. Have you heard of him?

I was scammed by Jacques Stoltz too! We need to stop this from happening and post him as a scammer as many times as possible. He is still sending me messages telling me he is on the way to the bank to give me my money back!
